The journey of SFasteners began with the entrepreneurial foresight of Late Shri Inder Pal Kathuria, who laid the foundation of this business. A man of strong principles and deep knowledge, he turned a modest beginning into a thriving enterprise. His dedication, values, and hard work became the cornerstone of our business philosophy. It was under his leadership that the company established its presence in the Indian fasteners market and built long-lasting relationships with clients across sectors.

After his passing, the torch was passed to Mr. Vipin Kathuria, who currently serves as the Managing Director of the company. With the same level of passion and commitment, he has not only preserved his father’s vision but also brought in new strategies to meet the evolving market demands. Under his dynamic leadership, the company has embraced modern manufacturing practices, customer-centric policies, and a focus on consistent quality.

Adding to the strength of the organization is the involvement of the third generation – Mr. Daksh Kathuria, who brings youthful energy and modern perspectives to the business.
